From August 2022 to May 2025, we’ve reached 1,103,486 cumulative working hours without a single lost-time injury!
It might just be a number, but it tells a clear story: no serious accidents, no lost days, just over a million hours where people did their work carefully and went home unharmed.
In recognition of this effort, we were awarded the Accident-Free Work Hours Record 2024 certificate, a milestone that reflects not only the absence of incidents, but the presence of consistency and intention every step of the way.
It’s also the result of conscious choices made every day: from regular on-site checks to quiet moments where someone double-checks a cable, adjusting a helmet, pausing when something feels off, speaking up when it matters.
How It Happens
It doesn’t come from posters or policies. It comes from people. The ones who take an extra moment to think, who look out for one another, who treat safety not as a rule, but as part of the job.
Regular walkthroughs, feedback from the floor, and clear responsibility, are all part of it. But above all, it’s about staying alert and looking out for each other.
