Two weeks ago, engineers from 2G Energy flew in from Germany straight to our office for something worthwhile: hands-on work with the teams behind AMPOWER—strengthening technical expertise, deepening product knowledge, and enhancing problem-solving skills.
In our meeting rooms, slide shows unraveled into discussions that stretched late into the night. Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems are intricate by nature, requiring a careful balance of technologies and expertise.
As conversations deepened, our teams explored how these systems operate, and the range of machinery that brings them to life: flue gas boilers, heat exchangers, absorption chillers, SCR systems, and much more.
We learn how heat, normally wasted, can be efficiently captured and repurposed for heating or industrial processes, alongside emission control technologies that make energy production cleaner and more sustainable.

And then we stepped outside. Into the field, into our customer sites across Taiwan, where theory met the reality of live operations. For many of our team members, this was a rare occasion where they experienced their blueprints coming to life, operating as they should, as planned.
Trainings like these don’t happen often. They demand time, care, and a willingness to question what we think we know. But they leave behind something even more valuable: a culture of learning that doesn’t fade after the sessions end.
