Once a year, the company pauses long enough to see itself clearly and assess how its work holds together over time. The 2025 All-Hands Meeting served as a focused review of structure, capability, and direction across teams.
Culture doesn’t need a playbook. It happens in the in-between: when people show up, sit down, and share something real. This past month, teams across AMPOWER gathered for a time to catch up with colleagues we usually pass in the hallway or see in a meeting grid.
Last Friday, AMPOWER’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Office facilitated flu vaccinations for our Taipei team—making it easier to stay protected this season. As a part of our employee welfare program, we make sure everyone has the support they need to stay safe and healthy.
On the evening of January 15th, AMPOWER gathered in a moment that wasn’t just about closing the year—it was about celebrating what truly makes us who we are. Surrounded by our beloved partners, our fiercely dedicated team, and their families, we stepped into a grand room for a night filled with unforgettable memories and endless gratitude.
Late September, 165 AMPOWER employees and their families set off for a memorable two-day company trip to Yilan, Taiwan’s northernmost city—and what a trip it was! From the start, everyone’s faces were beaming with joy, ready to embrace the exciting adventure.
At the end of last month (5/27/2024), AMPOWER organized an advanced VR fall protection training for colleagues from the Customer Service Department and the Engineering Department. This training aimed to enhance their understanding and practical skills related to working at heights.
To improve employee health, AMPOWER has recently organized a series of health promotion activities aimed at reducing the likelihood of sick leave and enhancing AMPOWER’s positive image.
AMPOWER is dedicated to fostering a balance between the physical and mental well-being of our employees. We actively encourage employees to participate in and organize various club activities. Currently, we have several clubs, including Japanese Language Learning, Reading, Badminton, and Karaoke, providing a diverse array of leisure options. This not only provides colleagues with opportunities for camaraderie after work but also deepens friendships among colleagues.
AMPOWER’s All Hands Meeting concluded in a joyous atmosphere, deepening our understanding of AMPOWER’s origins and future vision. Throughout this three-hour event, both managers and employees engaged in interactive and enjoyable activities.
