Business Department
Handles business development and customer relationship management for diesel generators, DUPS, gas generators, biogas generators, and UPSI systems.
Marketing & Planning Department
Oversees brand marketing strategy, campaign execution, business administration, and project support for business units.
Leads the planning and implementation of energy-related initiatives in response to global climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies. Responsible for energy acquisition, storage, conversion, and improving supply-demand reliability.
Develops strategies for engineering projects and technology advancement.
Office of Engineering
Responsible for the execution and management of the company’s engineering projects.
Engineering and Industrial Safety
Ensures occupational health and safety compliance at project sites.
Engineering I
Executes engineering projects involving generators and UPSI systems.
Engineering II
Manages hookup projects, busbar cabinets, and standalone UPSI projects.
Engineering III
Focuses on the execution of generator and UPSI-related engineering projects.
Planning Department
Responsible for overseeing budget breakdowns and KOM #1 handovers, managing contract amendments and change orders, initiating projects in SAP and tracking material progress, setting up and maintaining project pricing, and establishing as well as maintaining baseline estimates for engineering projects.
Office of Technology
Responsible for defining the company’s technical strategy, planning engineering project management, standardizing technical planning for new and existing products, overseeing outsourced design and development, and managing technology transfer.
Design Department
In charge of design management for construction requirement drawings, MEP equipment layout plans, and various installation drawings, including coordination with external design partners.
Integration Department
Responsible for the specification planning and design of control and power panels, bid document reviews, and procurement management.
Oversees the company’s after-sales service operations and related technical development strategies.

Responsible for the development of maintenance services and planning of related technical support.
Electronic Control Department
Manages planning and operations for electrical maintenance services.

Customer Service EHS Department
Responsible for on-site occupational safety and health management during maintenance and service operations.
Tainan Factory
Responsible for strategic planning and development of miscellaneous engineering integration projects.
Operations Department
Manages inventory, administrative tasks related to plant offices, facility repairs, regular audits, and maintenance of site utilities including oil, water, gas, and electricity.
TAF Laboratory
Oversees the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the generator TAF laboratory.
Installation Department
Handles processing, piping, wiring, equipment transportation, and high-risk operations (working at heights, rigging, hot work, confined spaces, organic solvents) project planning and execution, along with labor safety and health management.
Leads strategic planning and development for overall company operations management.

Responsible for general administrative operations, policy formulation and optimization, document management, legal consultation and compliance, internal and external ISO audits, as well as office asset procurement and management.

Establishes accounting standards, prepares financial reports and analyses, manages funding and cash flow, and handles stock issuance and shareholder affairs.
Accounting Department
Ensures accurate, complete, and timely accounting and financial reporting.
Finance Department
Manages daily cash flow, financial analysis, and investment decisions to safeguard efficient capital use.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining environmental, safety, and health (ESH) systems, conducting ESH audits, and continuously improving ESH management mechanisms.
Evaluates operational management systems and provides timely recommendations to ensure effective internal controls.
