AMPOWER places environmental responsibility at the core of our business. We established a Sustainable Development Committee and implemented supplier management protocols to align operations with global environmental goals. Our procurement strategy prioritizes high-efficiency, low-emission power equipment. We promote advanced, low-noise, low-fuel-consumption generators that support hybrid or renewable fuels, providing tailored energy system solutions based on customer needs.

We also integrate energy-efficient technologies, carbon-reduction solutions, and noise/pollution control systems to help clients reduce energy waste and emissions. Internally, we foster a green workplace by digitizing documents, adopting energy-saving lighting, and establishing in-office recycling mechanisms to support low-carbon operations.

Our Board includes three independent directors. We have also established an Audit Office, Remuneration Committee, and Audit Committee, which regularly assess financial and operational performance to proactively manage risk.

We set clear short- and long-term goals based on data analysis and audit outcomes, and adjust strategies in line with regulatory and market trends.

We disclose performance regularly and undergo internal and external reviews. Through ongoing risk assessments and continuous improvement, we aim to stay agile in a changing environment and maximize long-term corporate value.
